Long time no see, huh... Well, we are interrupting the little hiatus with some updates! This time, it's the 15th Wrap-Up! Covering everything from October to December 2024!
These are the shows that I finished in those months:

Oomuro-ke: dear sisters
As a huge fan of
Yuru Yuri
series, I was very excited about the two new spin-offs. This is one of them,
and it follows everyday life and relationship of three sisters, the family
of Sakurako Oomuro.
It's a 43 minute long movie, that was worth every minute and made me
crave more and more and more. Following the same vibe as Yuru Yuri, it's a
bunch of tiny funny episodes, with no real plot other than relatable
struggles of being a sibling, but also telling the story of how wonderful
having siblings really is.
What more could I ask for? It checked all the boxes and brought me back to
one of my favorite series. 10/10.

BEASTARS 2
I remember starting Beastars, hating it and being salty about liking the
plot it gave us. The murder mystery issue worked on me, because it always
does. It was the only reason I got back to the series, wanting to know the
answer to the sad and unexpected death that occurred in previous
season.
It has to be said, that I wasn't disappointed. Which upsets me greatly.
This show is not good. The writing, the plot holes, the lazy conclusions and
the "drama drama drama topped with more drama" seems like the story doesn't
know what it wants to be, so it's finding itself. And of course, my very
favorite "our hero is a teenager" trope. Have you met a teenager before?
They complain about everything. You will not find one who would want this
weight on their shoulders... but okay.
Among other stuff that happened (like lion Mafia, and cases of devouring,
Black Market, or drugs to help carnivores get off meat) we solved the plot
of school murder. And again - I am soooo tired of excusing villains with
their sad stories, or giving them past trauma... No. Sir, I want an evil
villain that is just evil. Period.
I enjoyed the series, unfortunately. It dealt with interesting topics and
themes, and I was a big, huge fan. That doesn't mean I am happy about
it. 6/10.

BEASTARS FINAL SEASON Part 1
This season was something different. Introducing Legoshi's grandpa,
his past and new struggles, it gave Beastars a whole different vibe.
Legoshi is not only trying to handle his carnivore genes, but with an
accident from the past, he now cannot marry Haru.
Who is struggling with her own self. Her rabbit classmate got
devoured by her lion boyfriend, and Haru spirals. Demanding to visit
the Black Market, she finds a rabbit shop and has a meltdown, that
results in her and Legoshi's relationship to crack.
But the world doesn't revolve around them alone. It's threatened by
Kines - an energy drink that makes carnivores go berserk. Who is
trying to solve this? Our very own Louis, who is also going through
his very complicated feelings for the carnivore Juno.
Mess. Mess. Mess. And to all of that, a new character is introduced -
Melon. Melon, a gazelle/leopard hybrid. He mixes the cards properly,
ending the series on a life or death cliffhanger.
Still not good, this series gets
7/10.

After all of this, new year came. 2025 is just starting but my
hopes of going back to anime the way I did a year ago are not very
high.
I still have so much to do, fight through and work through... But I am slowly going to find a way to incorporate it back into my life.
After all, I miss this passion project and I miss anime. So someday soon again!
